It has been almost 2 weeks since the violent riots broke out at the UC Berkley campus, causing Milo Yiannopoulos to cancel a speaking engagement, but the story is still very much a hot topic. Monday night Tucker Carlson had on Yvette Felarca. Felarca is a school teacher and leader of BAMN (By Any Means Necessary), a militant left-wing activist group defending affirmative action and immigration rights
Things got heated when Yvette argued that Milo should have been silenced because of his “fascist” views. She claimed the journalist and author did not have the right to free speech because of his rhetoric. She even went so far as to say that he was the reason rioters destroyed and burned property. When Tucker defended Milo’s 1st amendment rights, she then said that she would call on others to “shut down” anyone like Yiannopoulos.
Twitter users quickly pointed out how the school teacher and BAMN front woman wanting to quiet anyone she deems as a “fascist” is quite ironic. They also commended Carlson for remaining relatively calm.
