Judges On 9th Circuit Court Get NASTY Dose Of Karma After Ruling Against Trump

Earlier this week, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a federal judge’s decision to halt Donald Trump’s travel ban. Days later, however, the judges on the appeals court have been reminded of something that likely has them regretting their decision.

They never should have messed with Trump…

Nominating Judge Neil Gorsuch was an incredibly important appointment for President Donald Trump to make for the future of the United States Supreme Court. At 49 years old, if confirmed, conservative Gorsuch could have a positive impact on the Court for decades.

But there is so much more involved than just one seat.

There’s a chance to fundamentally remake the federal judiciary.

President Trump can fill 117 vacancies.

From Daily Caller:

The U.S. Court of Appeals currently has 18 vacancies, the District courts have 91, the Court of International Trade has 2 vacant seats, and the Court of Federal Claims has 6. Many of these picks would have the potential to change the balance of several U.S. courts.

Right now, less than half of the judges on the Circuit Courts of Appeals and only about 35 percent of judges on District courts were appointed by a Republican president.

As we can see in the travel ban case now before the 9th Circuit, such positions can be critically important to actually upholding the Constitution and not having activist judges trying to remake the law.

President Trump has a unique opportunity to fill the seats with judges who will stick to the Constitution.

No one has had the opportunity to fill as many seats since President Bill Clinton had 111 when he came to office.

Here’s hoping Trump uses it well, as he seems to have with Gorsuch, to the benefit of the Constitution and for us all…
