GRAPHIC: Muslim Terrorist Screams ‘Allah Akbar’ Before Slitting Christian’s Throat – Then This Happens

Disturbing video footage has emerged of the moment a Muslim extremist brutally murdered a Christian shopkeeper in Alexandria, Egypt.

Christian Today reported that Youssef Lamei was smoking a pipe outside his shop in the popular Montazah district when a 48 year-old Muslim ran up to him screaming “Allahu Akbar.” The Muslim then slit Lamei’s throat, killing him instantly.

Police arrested the Muslim suspect last Wednesday.

“The killing of my brother was planned and carried out accurately as the killer visited the shop many times before committing the crime and knew that my brother used to sit in this place,” said Nasef Lamei, the victim’s brother.

Nasef explained that his brother was well known in his community as a peaceful man who once agreed to close his shop for the entire month of Ramadan so as not to offend his Muslim neighbors. He even closed his shop five times a day during Muslim prayers.

“He would obey them to prevent any trouble from occurring,” Nasef said.

Lamei’s son was inside the shop when his father was murdered.

“I’m grieving for the loss of my father; he was slain in front of my sight,” Tony Youssef said. “I’m sad that we live in a country that doesn’t have the security and safety… He was my father, friend, everything sweet in my life.”

International Christian Concern’s regional manager William Stark spoke out to say that Lamei’s death is an indication of how dangerous things have gotten for Christians in the region.

“We are deeply concerned and saddened by the news of Youssef Lamei’s death. Sectarian crime in Egypt has spiraled out of control with continued property destruction, terrorist attacks, and now murders. Christians cannot continue to live in fear in their own countries,” he said. “ICC condemns the killing and grieves with the Lamei family. The Egyptian authorities must do more to curtail such hate crimes and ensure equal protection under the law, regardless of an individual’s religious identity.”

Please keep Lamei’s family in your thoughts and prayers!
